DAVID uses salesforce.com to manage support calls as well as share helpful information with clients. Users are able to log support issues, manage cases, and follow up on requests. If you do not have a login, and have questions or need help, please contact your DAVID Account Manager or the Support Staff at 800-553-2843 and select option 2 for Support.
