Client Support
Resolving support issues and answering system questions is the top priority of the DAVID Corporation Support Staff. Support can be reached via email at support@davidcorp.com or by calling 1-800-55-DAVID (1-800-553-2843).
General account management is supplied to all clients under the Standard Maintenance Agreement. Requests for custom programs, reports, interfaces, additional training, and data conversions can be placed with the assigned Account Manager. They will work with the client to determine specifications, determine costs and schedules, and oversee project activity. Account Managers are also available for general inquiries about other DAVID products and activities, as well as overall account questions.

Consulting Services
A project manager coordinates and manages the client’s needs during the software implementation process. They oversee the entire implementation process, which includes consultations regarding hardware/software requirements, customizations, and code changes.
Data Conversion
DAVID has performed nearly 1,000 conversions from virtually every major carrier as well as many in in-house systems. We meticulously review the data to ensure that converted financial amounts match source data totals, financial amounts balance between the claim master record and the detail transactions, no duplicate records are created, and Claim dates such as Date Entered, Date of Injury/Loss, Date Reported, and transaction dates (payments, reserves, and recoveries), are properly sequenced.
Training
Proper training is imperative to a user's success. An assessment of a client's training needs is taken to ensure that a proper training plan is created to meet the requirements and expectations. Typically, training is provided at a client site and will run from two to five days depending upon the needs of the users. Additionally, follow up training as well as new release training can be conducted at a client site, in the DAVID Corporation office or via the Internet.
