H. Alex Aminian
President & CEO

Alex Aminian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of DAVID Corporation. He is responsible for the corporate vision, overall strategic direction, product architecture and day-to-day operation of DAVID. Alex is focused on growing the business through increasing customer satisfaction, enhancing the technology platform, providing sales and marketing leadership, and identifying new strategies that build value for DAVID customers and further penetrate the market with its holistic Risk Management solutions.

Alex has over 24 years of experience building world-class organizations and developing enterprise software solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. His accomplishments include strengthening organizations and customer relationships, building top-performing teams and large state-of-art systems, developing product and technology visions and aligning those strategies with the business objectives and identifying new market opportunities. Alex has held senior and executive positions in a number of multi-billion dollar companies including Intergraph, Hyperion, Priceline.com, Divine and ChoicePoint.

Prior to joining DAVID, Alex was Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Insurity, a ChoicePoint company, providing software solutions and services to the Property & Casualty Insurance market.

Alex received his undergraduate degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and his MS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Dave Glende
Vice President, Software Development and Chief Technology Officer

Dave Glende oversees software development and implementation, IT, and product strategy for DAVID Corporation. Dave joined DAVID in November 2006 when DAVID Corporation merged with the Insurance Risk Management Division of Unify. Prior to joining DAVID Corporation, Dave was with Unify Corporation for over 21 years, holding numerous executive level positions and having served as Vice President of Strategy and CTO. At Unify, he was instrumental in leading the strategy, development and marketing of Unify products. Dave combines his background in technology with his experience with clients to drive product innovation and solution implementation.

Dave received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.

Lissette Hetterly
Vice President, Client Services

Lissette serves as Vice President of Client Services at DAVID Corporation. She joined DAVID in 1998 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Support, Training, Account Management and subsequently her current position as Vice President of Client Services. In this capacity Lissette is responsible for the overall satisfaction of every DAVID client and oversees all aspects of the client services department including support, training and account management. Lissette has over 11 years of risk management and software experience. Prior to joining DAVID Corporation, Lissette held client services roles supporting Fortune 1000 companies at Xpedite Systems and Risk Management Solutions. She earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Pace University.

Kevin Romer
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Kevin Romer leads the Sales and Marketing organization at DAVID Corporation. As Vice President, he is responsible for DAVID's sales and marketing strategies including revenue generation, expansion of market share, branding, positioning, and communications. Kevin has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry, holding leading national sales positions with computer telephony and networking software companies where he successfully built customer relationships with a number of Fortune 1000 organizations. Having spent the past eleven years specifically in the software and insurance market, Kevin has extensive experience with software solutions designed to help organizations effectively manage data, increase operational efficiencies, enable intelligent business decisions and ultimately enhance customer relationships. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Elise Kroll
Vice President, Business Development

Elise Kroll is Vice President of Business Development for DAVID Corporation and is responsible for forming partner relationships and revenue generation through channel networks. With over 20 years in the insurance industry, heading up a TPA for Property & Casualty claims, and later becoming a broker for Life, Accident & Health Insurance, Elise has worked with domestic and global companies to align business requirements with technical solutions. Through her work in the TPA market, Elise leveraged technology and business partner relationships and pioneered a new paradigm for online collaborative claims processing. Elise received her BA and MA in Russian Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
