POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Rep will be driving new business from prospective/existing customer accounts and meeting or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals.  The candidate will organize, plan, direct and coordinate all sales activities, including some marketing, solution presentation, and proposal generation, follow up on sales leads, and deal closing.  Sales of DAVID’s systems are focused at Risk Managers, Directors of City and County government agencies, Third Party Administrators, and Self-insured companies.  Interaction with IT Management is required.  This is a great opportunity for a high-achiever with enthusiasm, a strong sense of urgency, drive, and with the ability to develop/maintain excellent customer relationships.

The job represents a balanced customer relationship management effort involving sales/account management skills, product knowledge and problem-solving/solution skills, and direction of other specialized resources assigned to the account.  Successful candidate will meet with key executives at potential customer organizations and sell proposals internally and externally, and drive deals to closure.
