H. Alex Aminian

President & CEO

Alex Aminian has been President and Chief Executive Officer of DAVID Corporation since March 2006. He is responsible for DAVID’s corporate vision and its strategic direction, as well as for its growth and profitability, its product architecture, and day-to-day operation. Alex is focused on growing the business through increasing client satisfaction, enhancing the technology platform, providing sales and marketing leadership, and identifying new strategies that yield greater market penetration and client value.

Alex has more than 25 years of experience building and leading world-class organizations and developing enterprise software solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. He’s grown businesses organically and through strategic M&A, strengthening client relationships, building top-performing teams, architecting scalable state-of-the-art systems, developing product and technology visions and successfully commercializing them, and identifying new market opportunities.

Alex has held senior and executive positions in a number of global multi-billion dollar companies as well as start-ups including Intergraph, Oracle (Hyperion), Priceline.com, Divine, and LexisNexis (Insurity). Prior to joining DAVID, Alex was Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Insurity, a LexisNexis company, providing software solutions and services to the Property & Casualty Insurance market.

Alex received his undergraduate degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and his MS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He also has taken executive courses in finance and marketing from the Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kyle G. Caswell

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Kyle G. Caswell leads the Sales and Marketing organization at DAVID Corporation. He is responsible for sales and marketing strategies including revenue generation, expansion of market share, branding, positioning, and communications. Kyle has over 20 years of professional leadership experience in the insurance and technology industries. As an insurance company officer, wholesale broker and claims administration executive, Kyle has led highly successful sales and marketing organizations and has become a subject matter expert in the areas of insurance company operations, brokerage, underwriting, claims administration and systems development. Throughout his career, Kyle has focused on creating and implementing innovative operational systems for insurance carriers, brokers and claims organizations across the country. Kyle earned his BA from Dartmouth College in Earth Sciences and Economics.

Lissette Hetterly

Vice President, Client Services

Lissette Hetterly serves as Vice President of Client Services at DAVID Corporation. She joined DAVID in 1998 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Support, Training, Account Management and subsequently her current position as Vice President of Client Services. As the client advocate, Lissette is responsible for the overall satisfaction of every DAVID client and oversees all aspects of the client services department including product implementations, training, client relationships and support. Lissette has over 11 years of risk management and software experience. Prior to joining DAVID Corporation, Lissette held client services roles supporting Fortune 1000 companies at Xpedite Systems and Risk Management Solutions. She earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Pace University.

Elise Kroll

Vice President, Business Development

Elise Kroll is Vice President of Business Development for DAVID Corporation and is responsible for forming partner relationships and revenue generation through channel networks. With over 20 years in the insurance industry, heading up a TPA for Property & Casualty claims, and later becoming a broker for Life, Accident & Health Insurance, Elise has worked with domestic and global companies to align business requirements with technical solutions. Through her work in the TPA market, Elise leveraged technology and business partner relationships and pioneered a new paradigm for online collaborative claims processing. Elise received her BA and MA in Russian Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kevin Romer

Vice President, Sales

Kevin Romer is responsible for Sales at DAVID Corporation. Kevin has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, holding leading national sales positions with computer telephony and networking software companies where he successfully built customer relationships with a number of Fortune 1000 organizations. Having spent the past eleven years specifically in the software and insurance market, Kevin has extensive experience with software solutions designed to help organizations effectively manage data, increase operational efficiencies, enable intelligent business decisions and ultimately enhance customer relationships. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Jason Thorn

Director of Software Development

Jason Thorn directs and oversees all software development and technical initiatives at DAVID Corporation. Jason brings over fifteen years of technical leadership experience and knowledge to DAVID in diverse areas such as Internet application development; thick & thin client application development; N-tiered SOA application architectures; database design, software development and management. The last 9 years of Jason's experience have been focused within the Insurance and Risk Management domain. He is primarily responsible for the initial development, and continued improvement of DAVID's underwriting product, NavRisk Policy and is also responsible for the underlying architecture of NavRisk Claims. In addition to architecting core level systems, Jason has been involved in the development of various features across every product in the NavRisk suite. Prior to DAVID, Jason was with Acuitrek and was one of the original developers of the Policy Administration application. He joined Unify Corporation as a result of the acquisition of Acuitrek.
