Christopher Wall

Christopher Wall is a Partner at Phoenix Asset Management. Previously, he was a Director at Vision Capital Advisors, LLC where he focused on working with distressed portfolio companies and managing investment opportunities in healthy and distressed companies. His role included the assessment, restructuring, and monitoring of distressed portfolio assets and their sale to strategic acquirers, management groups, and the public markets. His areas of industry specialty are enterprise software, manufacturing, food processing and logistics.

Christopher serves as Chairman of the board, at Ocean Smart, Inc and is a director at DAVID Corporation and Profitkey International. He has also served as a director on the boards of Halo Technology Holdings, 4 Elements, Inc. and Fulmer Logistics. He  has a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Columbia University.

Jonathan Shane

Jonathan Shane is a Partner at Phoenix Asset Management.  Previously he was a Director at Vision Capital Advisors, LLC where he was in the Research and Investments Group. On the investment side, he evaluated potential investments, structured and negotiated the deals. Jonathan also served on the valuation committee and the risk control committee. As part of overseeing some of Vision's distressed investments, he was also on the board of 4 Elements Inc. and Halo Technology Holdings. Prior to Vision, Jonathan was Managing Director at College Retirement Equity Fund (TIAA-CREF). Over the years some of his responsibilities included Portfolio Manager, Head of Quantitative Trading and Investment Systems Officer. He also was on the Valuation Committee.

Jonathan is currently on the board of DAVID Corporation and ProfitKey International. He has an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and an S.M. in Management (Sloan School M.I.T). and completed all requirements except dissertation for Ph.D. in Finance and Economics also at M.I.T.

H. Alex Aminian

Alex Aminian has been President and Chief Executive Officer of DAVID Corporation since March 2006. He is responsible for DAVID’s corporate vision and its strategic direction, as well as for its growth and profitability, its product architecture, and day-to-day operation. Alex is focused on growing the business through increasing client satisfaction, enhancing the technology platform, providing sales and marketing leadership, and identifying new strategies that yield greater market penetration and client value.

Alex has more than 25 years of experience building and leading world-class organizations and developing enterprise software solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. He’s grown businesses organically and through strategic M&A, strengthening client relationships, building top-performing teams, architecting scalable state-of-the-art systems, developing product and technology visions and successfully commercializing them, and identifying new market opportunities.

Alex has held senior and executive positions in a number of global multi-billion dollar companies as well as start-ups including Intergraph, Oracle (Hyperion), Priceline.com, Divine, and LexisNexis (Insurity). Prior to joining DAVID, Alex was Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Insurity, a LexisNexis company, providing software solutions and services to the Property & Casualty Insurance market.

Alex received his undergraduate degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and his MS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He also has taken executive courses in finance and marketing from the Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
